Does SVX focus on specific sectors?

No, SVX does not have a specific focus on any one sector or industry, as our investors represent a wide range of interests and industries.

What is SVX’s typical ticket size?

SVX focuses primarily on growth investments, typically from seed to series A-stage companies with a valuation between USD 1 million to USD 10 million.

Our average investment amount is USD 250,000 but we can go as small as USD 50,000 and up to USD 1.5 million.

What stage should my company be in to raise money from SVX?

SVX is open to investing in growth companies at different stages as long as they have a strong team and significant potential.

However, our primary interest lies within the seed and Series A phases (i.e. first capital or first institutional capital), specifically in companies with a valuation between USD 1 million and USD 10 million.

Does SVX charge fees for fundraising?

Yes, SVX charges a fee.

This is typically between 5-8% of the invested capital through the SVX network. Typically, part of our fee is converted into shares in the company.

Can SVX simply introduce me to investors?

No, we do not share the contact information to our investor members nor do we do individual specific introductions.

You do have the chance to pitch to individual investors – and meeting them in person – at our pitch events, if they are interested.

How many people attend SVX’s pitch events?

Our typical offline event has 30-50 investors attend. Online events allow us to reach all of our investors partners.
